The tower is a tower here in Violet City. I think it's called Sprout Tower? And you can find--[She fumbles in her pocket for a second, then there's a flash of light, and she's turning the camera to face a a cackling Gastly. Don't worry, she's just glad to be free. She's not plotting mischief at the moment.

Then you see Pearl again.] Then there's one that floats like this one and has hands. Those are the ones you'll find in the tower.
