Bullshit at work

Sometimes,,it isnt a good thing to work for a union. Big shit going down at work. Short version,,mgt is trying to flex its muscle and show the union who runs the place. What it means for me??? I could be out of a job in two weeks. Way too much detail to explain, and I still dont get it all,,but they plan on moving the regulars around,,to shifts
