I have gone for short slow runs every day for the last 4 days. The final run that caused all the pain/injury in Michigan was July 26...so it has been a long road to recovery. Still not 100%...but I am happy to be able to run again for the last stretch. ART therapy is AMAZING. Active Release Technique....it's a message/manipulation of the muscle

i look forward to getting to know you better in this forum - good luck getting back into the running. i've started swimming to get ready for doing a triathlon next spring...it's been interesting. will you still be training for the marathon?
