Ok, so yesterday around 3pm I was watching TV and I felt what I thought was a tiny pebble underneath my tongue. I was playing with it for a couple minutes and when it wasn't coming out or moving I went and looked in the mirror. By this point underneath my chin was starting to hurt some.
