[Not much to see here, all you get is an awkward shot of Tsubaki, apparently sitting by the edge of the fountain. She's just staring into the water, looking rather blank and lost in thought, occassionally letting her hand dip cautiously near the water.]

Hmm...least it all seems okay. It's for the best I suppose.

[He recognized the background in Tsubaki's video shot and made his way over. Ever since her partner left, he's gotten his dose of the sadness, but being the cool guy he was, he tries to silently mull it over. Soul soon reaches her and hesitates. How did this go again? He plops down next to her, eyes averted.]

[Feeling the presence beside her, she lifted her head and glanced at Soul. She soon turned to look at him fully, a smile on her face. It wasn't fake, but there was something forced, as if she was just too tired to do anything else. She had done this all before, so there was no point in being upset. Besides, burdening others was something Tsubaki never wanted to do, even if it was to her own disadvantage.]

[He knows her partner can be quite the handful and he's seen her countless times defend him and fight for him in every sense. Now they were just two weapons stuck in a poorly named city. One thing was certain - her presence was comforting. Just knowing that he wasn't the only one from his world was comforting, though he barely showed it openly. Soul doesn't turn his head, but just stares off into the crowd, eying nothing in particular.]

[She had been in that awful position, and she didn't want her friends having to deal with it like she had to. She had spent over a year alone, and even though she had good friends from other worlds around to support her, the emptiness of being without people who knew and understood her entirely was hard to bare. Without those who she had fought with and were considered so important, things were a little harder. She wouldn't let Soul deal with that.]

Mm. [She paused, still weary of broaching the more uncomfortable subject they were obviously both thinking about.] Well I hope you're not coming down with anything. I've worked hard on dinner tonight. Maka might have let slip one of your favourite meals.

[Glancing down, Tsubaki soon realizes the device recorded her. Straightening up, she managed to smile softly in reply.]

I'm fine, just thinking. What about you Farah, is something bothering you?
