Home for Thanksgiving for the Very First Time

I've been back in Edinburgh since Thursday, and while things have certainly changed, it kind of also feels like I never left. I don't know quite what it was about this entry, but you've captured life and 20-somethings anxieties perfectly here. I just wish that my life were so distanced from romantic longings such that I could write about lovers as metaphor rather than metaphors about would-be lovers...but that's life in dreary Canada.
