I think this how machines are supposed to look. It's more trustworthy when you can see all the pipes and gears, don't you think?

They make more sense when you can see what makes them work! Otherwise things like the microwave just look like magic--well, I'm used to them now, but this just seems right.

[Even if said microwave is now a mass of tubes and pipes taking up half the counter.]
