And Molly looks so much like my Abby - can't beat 'tortitude' :)

Not mine, alas - although I am their honorary Aunt, and will probably end up cat sitting for them from time to time ...

Molly has lovely tortie markings and definitely has 'tortitude!'

Such lovely kitties! (squishes and snuggles them all in a big ball of kitty cuteness)

Genny's show-off stretch for the camera makes me want to rub her belly.

Yes, these are real cats being cats. How wonderful is that? extremely wonderful!

There is something inherently wonderful about cats being ... well, cats.

Including the days finding ripped up toilet rolls, stolen socks and knocked over plants pots all over the house when you come home in the evening ... :-)

But we love them anyway!

The photographing of cats is a difficult matter, it isn't just one of your everyday games...

Thank you for these. Lovely cats, of course...

They are, indeed, lovely. And they know it. (With the exception of the Shadowcat perhaps, since he's more inclined to not being seen, given the choice ...)

What you really need to get good cat photos is a well lit studio with neutral coloured backgrounds, a big bag of cat treats and a great deal of patience. And possibly some catnip, although too much of that and all you photograph is comotose cats.

I don't think I did too badly trying to get candid shots in the kitchen ...
