After being ill for about a week, I went to the doctor this weekend, and they've got me on antibiotics, but I still feel like crap. I'm sure stress is a contributing factor.
And drink LOTS of water. It'll help flush out the ickiness. If you're stuffed up try sucking on a peppermint candy. The vapors will help open your sinuses up. Get well soon.
