let me know how you like The Anatomy Lesson. i wasn't overly impressed with Roth from Sabbath's Theater, but perhaps would give him a second chance on a different book.
I'm not such a fan of the Nathan Zuckerman books except for American Pastoral, which wasn't really about Zuckerman. Sam - you should try Goodbye, Columbus (imagine a Jewish Great Gatsby with teenage angst) and The Plot Against America, too.
Dan - am loving Random Walk too. Borrowed it from the library - fully intend to buy the next (updated, please!) edition.
I've read Random Walk and I'm not sure it really needs to be updated -- the edition I read was written a few years after the dot-com bubble burst. Plus, the historical financial collapses it discusses, although many of them less severe than the current situation, share more than a few common threads with what's going on today.
Just a reservation about Random Walk -- I've not read it, I think it probably gives good insights, BUT it appears to me to subscribe to efficient market hypothesis, the belief that stock prices are random, and that no investor/trader can hope to beat the market in the long term. This is clearly a falsified claim, and no serious practitioner of finance believes the efficient market hypothesis -- save perhaps for private bankers citing the CFA and making money simply helping clients allocate money into diversified assets.

also, I love Random Walk. I want to smack some of my colleagues over the head with it on a monthly basis.
