GUH! this is so fabulous! This is such an interesting take on the heat fic and I love the twists and turns. I think you have the characterization down so perfectly and I love your version of Alec. It's very true-to-character and just... GUH! And the chemistry between Max and Alec is fantastic. Great job! Hope to read more soon. :)

I just got fed up of reading Heat fics where they both fell in love immediately and went all lovey-dovey. I'm glad you seen to agree!

Really liked this. Lovely to see the progression of the relationship and I like how Max is still friends with Logan/ Brilliant stuff!

I was following links, looking around for some Max/Alec stuff, and discovered more chapters to this--and possibly squeaked outloud with happiness :) I found ch 1 and 2 on...gah, one of the DA comms, but then nothing else. So yay, today is awesome. As are these chapters :)

Yeah, I've been in and out of a fanfic rut in the last couple of years - largely because of University and work sapping my spare time.

I'm working on the next chapter now, hopefully it won't be too long in emerging!
