'Eve' is short for 'evening'. Old English abbreviation. I read your story over at CG. Dare I guess that you might be Italian? My mother was born in Adria, and we spoke Italian at home, until her death when I was ten. You are very courageous to attempt a story that is not in your native language. Good job! :D

Oh, I thought it refers to Eve, Adam's wife... mytoxicberry January 20 2009, 19:12:05 UTC
Hi! Thaaanks a lot for reading my story, and above all, thanks for commenting!
lol,I wish I was but... No, I'm not Italian. I love this country though. I went there for holidays many times and it was wonderful, actually. I enjoyed speaking italian, it was like singing. I'm sad to hear that you lost your mother when you were younger. I hope you won't forget italian...
Oh, and by the way, in fact I'm French. ;)
Thanks again!

Well, French was my 'dominante' in college, before I attended law school. I spent six weeks in Dijon, living with a family and studying at the Universite there. But it was really just an excuse to see the country. I went to Paris on Bastille Day (not the best time....all the Parisians were en vacances), and visited Mont St. Michel, and Strasburg, too. I liked the other parts of France better than Paris, for sure. :D

Yes,Paris may be the capital, it's far from being the most beautiful place to visit in France.
If you intend to visit France again, you should see La Pointe du Vent in little Britain, and the bay of Arcachon. They're wonderful places.
Are you a lawyer now? I'm studying law in 2nd year! ^^

I wanted to ask you what did you think of my english level when you red Virgin Color? Is my writing style altered by the fact that it's not my native language?

Thanks again!
