Its strange reading about phone service woes after not having had to deal with Fido/Rogers/any kind of hosting in North America for almost 2 years now. I DO, however, still recall how the more you pay for a phone bill, the more time you spend on their "customer service" lines. AND I also remember that the more emphasis on internet browsing and apps there are, the less there is on actual phone reception. :p

Now my relationship with my phone service is a simple one. Prepaid, good for a FULL YEAR from the last top up (so I only top up every 3 months or so), you only get charged for sending text or calls, I've never lost reception, AND there is no difference in charge for local or international text messages (7 cents, which is not bad at all for a prepaid service with no additional packages).

Anyway, I've been good? LOL. Looking forward to graduating and getting married (again) this summer. How are you?

Yeah, there's so many complaints about "the big 3" usually referred to as Robelus. lol The dropped calls don't really bother me, considering I rarely use my phone for voice anyway. I'm happy enough with my unlimited data and text, haha. With the long-distance my mom uses and my browsing and text, I figure the amount I pay isn't that bad.

Yeah, prepaid here is not that great. The longest it'll be valid is 2 months and it sucks if you barely use it and only want to fill up the minimum $10 and have to pay that monthly to keep the phone active. My dad has a balance of $60 because of that.

Looking for jobs but still comfortable with my job right now. I mean, I get internet access and plenty of slacker time. :P It's not my forever job though.

Things are rough at home but eh. I'll at least get a break the week after when Kirstian comes to visit.

And congrats again~ :D
