i went to court to supposedly to "settle" my case. yeah, the vandalism one. so the lawyer talks to me to tell me what is going to happen since i have been charged with a felony. my mom explains to him that we've paid restitution already and that opry mills decided to not pursue the charges. and shows him the receipt. the lawyer goes and tells the ( Read more... )

Ah I see. The mall is lame. I got caught stealing at my mall once. My friend and I had to pay $230 to the store (which I never did), pay to take this anti-shoplifting class upon request of the court and go to this little group court hearing which I also had to pay for. On top of all that I wasn't allowed in the mall for a year. hahahahaha.
Not to mention I got in trouble with the cops for malicious michief. hahahaha. Double lame.

We are so rebellious to the core.

how malicious can mischief be? i think if it's malicious it's not mischief anymore. that's like...subtle murder.

That sucks dude...at least you didn't have to pay $500 more dollars...not that it makes up for anything.
