Yeah, I'm still in Toronto. I am leaving for Montreal on August 12, though.

Although it is very hot here and I have been pushed multiple times on the TTC it's still been fun.

Dear Lee,
Since i am moving out of province and you and chris are staying here, there are some things i am selling. Here is a list of what is available to furnish your new place:

2 living room chairs (buy one get one free!)
dresser
desk with shelf
desk lamp
floor lamp
brand new floor fan with remote control
tv stand with doors
2 book shelves

Considering the heat i strongly recommend the fan and the rest is in good shape, you can always come by to take a look. if you want it all just offer one price and you can have it all.
