Wow, rent is 659.00 a month! It was not that much last year... Your going to have a hard time filling that.

According to the leasing information, it's actually cheaper than it was last year. They sent out a notice saying that the rent per month was going down. *shrug*

Yikes! It was only 535.00 when I lived there last fall and spring/summer. I was on the second floor. The top floor was only 10.00 more, so 545.00.

That is more than 100 bucks a month more.

They *say* it's cheaper. Whether or not it's true...?
I paid on the ten month plan instead of the 12 month, so I actually don't remember how much it was.
