Transfer Question

Mar 12, 2008 20:11

I don't know if anyone on here c ould answer my question, but I thought it was worth a shot. My question is that I graduated from Delaware County Community College in Dec. 2006. Even though I already graduated from DCCC, could I still transfer credits to West Chester? Thanks in advance.

I have a friend who transfered from Northampton community College and all of her credits transfered. You'd have to talk to the registrar's office to see if they transfer as your genera electives and such.

Yes, but did she graduate from the college? I emailed west chester and asked them so hopefully they will give me an answer I'm looking for.

There's a guy in my department who had already graduated from Bucknell a few years ago. He came here last year, and since he already had a degree and completed his gen eds for his previous college enrollment, he only has to take classes related to his second major. So he'll be graduating this spring and all his previous credits counted. I don't know if that helps. Good luck!

I just am worried that since I wasn't in that letter of intent or something like that none of my credits would transfer and I would need to start WCU as a freshman. I sent an e-mail asking them about it last night and they hvan't repsonded, but I figure since the students are on spring break it might take a few days. I'm going to go ahead and apply for the fall and see what happens.

They sent me back an email and all they said that once I'm accepted by west chester they will see which credits will transfer.
