You can tell that the election is almost here, because the amount of negative ads has increased significantly on the radio (I don't know about TV, since the only time I watch it is when I am taking my lunch at work, and we have DirectTV

*hugs* Stupid exit polls that seem to indicate that undecided voters are swayed more by negative ads than positive ones. I hate the spew too.

Exit polls are a bunch of BS. You are assuming that the people are telling you the truth.

its totally ridiculous....and if you do watch TV its even worse....I think I am dumping the tv untill all the elections are over. The vomitous amount of the adds..... three to four in a row is completely uncalled for.

and I cant even vote...lol

Yeah, the radio has gotten pretty bad - especially with this one ad in particular. They have 2 different forms of the ad and yesterday I heard both forms of the ad back to back. Personally, the only thing this tells me is that they have a lot of money to throw around and have some great vested interest in seeing person X elected if they are running them as much as they are (and on all the local radio stations!)
