Today's Motivation

Okay, here we go again..
#1. Because for once it feels good to say no! It feels great to be eating out with friends eating a salad, then have them offer me one of their fries or something of that nature, and be able to say no! I love being able to finally control that part of my life.

I don't use any really, I just dip my fork in it before sticking the fork into my salad(ww trick)
