Today I ate my 20 points, and for exercise I walked 1.5 miles and did some ab and arm exercises.
Must keep going, the end is in sight!!

I know it, I am down to 132 though, only two more pounds!
I kinda got lost in some eating disorder type habits, it got pretty bad and that's why I didn't post. How have things been going for you?

i'm doing good . My goal was 140lbs. I'm at 132 or 133lbs now too lol. I kinda got into eating disorder type eating too. Restricting and such it's so hard not to when dieting
