I'm reading a book about self-mutilation right now and I think you would enjoy it. It's called "A Bright Red Scream" by Marilee Strong. It's about psychological stuff and personal accounts. Very good.
I have a form of bipolar too.
This is NOT the last entry you will ever write.

And it makes me mad too when people do that. It needs to be remembered that suicide is a real things and those that commit it are real people who had hard times.
That does seem like a book I would enjoy. I think I'll search for it in the library. I love psychological things.
And I'm sorry you have it too. Its a hard thing to live with and heck, I'm still trying to understand it all with me. Oii..

I know what you mean with the books. Books were my only friends as well as academics when I was in grade school. I still delve into books to get my mind off things but somehow they are all reminders of what brings me to escape. The two books that really inspired me were Wuthering Heights and Lord of the Rings (which practically saved my life the last time I was suicidal and first started cutting)

And I would love a list of books
