Kooks Groupie Day 1
Ah joy. I love the Kooks. Loved them since about two years ago when I was the only one in the tristate area that knew who they were and was silently resigned to remainging that way. TILL NOW! WOOT!

There was a "surprise" performance today by the Kooks at UCLA. I was told about it by a friend of mine who goes there. We saw them "busking" for money at the corner of Westwood and Broxton. They played Naive and afew other songs. And I was kinda giddy. They were there! My favortie band! My favorite band whom I thought would never ever come to Los Angeles because they weren't at all famous here! And they were there! two feet in front of me! Hugh Harris bumming a smoke from the person next to me! KooksTV asking me to do a silly skit about me calling my friends over to the surprise performance.

Why am I bright pink in this photo you may ask?
Well I got to Luke when he was telling the girls around him that they used to say that photographs took a piece of your soul when they were taken. I stepped up to him and said could I have a piece of his soul as a souvenir. Just a little one. He laughed and just hugged me which took me by surprise so I liiterally turned red... and was only at pink when the photo was taken two seconds later...
