why is it that the days i don't exercise, i just don't care about what i eat. so then, i'll just eat what i want and i CAN'T STOP! UGH i hate that! but then the days i DO exercise...im soo good about what i take in. but the thing is, my leg's been hurting me so i haven't been able to work out. but tonight i just swam and it feels so good. i haven't

"everytime i slip, i give up" exactly how i am.
i found out that, after exercising, our body produces hormones that make us happy. so it just helps us by keepin us positive.
i need more exercise too!
but everytime youre about to slip, think thin. think about those cute size zero jeans you've been dying to squeeze in all summer. just that kind of thinking will prevent you from eating or slipping.
i mean, all those hard work is not gonna go to nothing!
