its so easy with my school schedule to not eat...but the thing is that i feel like everytime i need to study or do work that requires brain power i need food...or i feel hungry easier/faster...does anyone else feel this way???? it sucks because i know im so busy its easier to avoid food but then when i do my work i want to eat ( Read more... )

yeah, that "moderation queue" message just means that the moderator needs to approve a bunch of entries before more people can submit entries to be approved. the mod just probably hasn't gotten around to it in a while, so try reposting at another time. it happens a lot with that community for some reason.

maybe you just get hungry when you sit down to do work because you have time to think about it more? that happens to me... anyway, usually i just try to stave off the hunger with coffee or some other liquids.

I know what you mean. I'm not usually hungry in the day time, so thats when i do my exercise. But after burning all those calories, I get dizzy from not eating at all. My advice is to drink 3-5 glasses of water. Do NOT eat! That will just make you feel worse, & will distract you from doing your work, because you will start feeling bad & might want to start exercising. So, try bringing a picture of a person you want to look like OR stare at yourself in the mirror & pinch around problem areas such as, your arms, thighs, anywhere that has fat.
