Ooh, I posted a recipe for red velvet cake along with that cheesecake recipe, because you have to bake the red velvet cake first 8D here you go! You want to use the first 3 sets of ingredients, and ignore the last set to just make the cake. For two layers you'd need to double the recipe. The rest of the ingredients to make a gorgeous, creamy, cheesy mixture though, so you could always make a small amount of that to use as filling/frosting 8D

The filling has even more cream than usual in a cheesecake (because I prefer my cheesecake creamier rather than cheesier), so it's not a strong flavour at all :)
