Undercover couples...?

I have, after 30 years in active fandom, just realized I have a thing for stories where people have to go undercover as couples. I think it started with "Scarecrow and Mrs. King .  AnneZo's Once A Thief fic cemented it. So, I'm curious...anyone have favourite fics  in the Undercover Cliché category?

it's a great trope, isn't it? I cannot come up with any specific stories just now (unless you'd like some hockey rpf recs) but over on DW fancake's current theme is 'pretend couples' and lots of the recommendations have been of the 'undercover as a couple' variety - you might check there to see if anything appeals

I've always loved the McShep fics where McKay needs a date for X Event and Sheppard poses as his husbadn/boyfriend (or vice versa).

Do those count? They're sort of undercover. OK, not really. But they're still fun. :)

OMG, I love that one too. I remember a specific episode of Silk Stalkings that almost made my heart explode when I was like... 12. I'm much more demanding about my feels and angsts these days, I don't watch Silk Stalkings anymore. :D

If you like the Lewis fandom (or even if you don't, if you just want to read the "two cops undercover as gay" at it's finest), I'd recommend His Awkward Sod.
