~Thirty 6th Assessment~

It’s my birthday again and
This time last year was pure hell
I wonder what I have learned since then

~Meditate~

Breathing on dream
Living on wishes
Praying on thoughts
Consuming me
In this futile reality

~Exhale~

Erring on the side of caution
I try to do what is right
What is best… even if
I feel that it is not
