I went for my weigh in tonight at WW. Another 3.6 lost, for a total of 8.2 so far. I am really stoked at the progress so far, but know that I won't have these kind of weighs ins every week. And I wonder if I had worked out just one more day if the total would have been any higher. All I can do is just to carry on and focus on getting healthy,

I eat three meals and three snacks a day, so I am not starving myself. I feel pretty full each day. Just making better food choices. Sure I'd love to lose it all in three months before vacation, but I know that won't happen.
I am just happy the scale is moving in that direction. :)
