My mom's been watching more and more with me, and is quite frustrated by Marley listening to Kitty, and disturbed by pretty much everything Kitty says. Last week she left the room for most of their scenes, and commented that "Any costumer worth their salt would re-measure Marley."
We both cheered at the end when Marley ignored Kitty's eliptical advice and asked Jake out. Because I don't care who Marley asks out, I just like her taking charge.
And it kind of reminded me of Season One The Power of Madonna when Pillsbury asked out Schuester.

Glee Club is doing it's best to save Finn.
While the costumes were a callback to Don't Stop Belivin' from the Pilot episode, the choreography for Some Nights reminded me of the Warblers. Blaine's gesturing apart the dancers, that side-step out of line [a la Raise Your Glass] and some of the other bits.
