In case any of you haven't heard about this yetWhile I don't generally believe that violence is the answer, I think that you can only take abuse for so long before you crack. The issue I take with that is that the white kid they attacked had nothing to do with any of the rest of the incident (the noose and stuff) so lashing out at him was intirely inappropriate.

That said, the punishment that the prosecuter is after certainly does not fit the crime, and is utter bullshit.
