A year in the life

Aug 06, 2006 16:54

How do you condense a years worth of experiences, thoughts and life into a single journal entry? Do you keep it short and sweet? Perhaps make use of some bullet points or throw in a pie chart for good measure? It also goes to show, how things fall into place when you are doing the right thing. And usually it's before you know it!

Its so nice when things like this happen to amazing people. I wish you two the best, and i wish i could see the ceremony :]

I'm sure there are a million moments in between that are just as wonderful as the big trips and major events, and that's what makes it all special. Time flies when there's one joyous moment after another. I hope you get great weather for your wedding (here in TO?) and have a magical day to remember always. Where's your honeymoon?

We're actually getting married in Waterdown which is in the Hamilton/Burlington area. Erica is from Dundas (now part of amalgamated Hamilton) so we decided to have it closer to her family. Besides, I'm sure that getting married in Toronto is prohibitively expensive.

As for the honeymoon, we're taking a five day trip canoeing in Algonquin. Should be fun, hopefully most of the bugs will have died off by the start of September. :)

I'm familiar with Waterdown...it's absolutely gorgeous in Waterdown! And yes...I love camping after Labour day...no more bugs! I think the heat waves have killed quite a bit of them. Have a great time!

Thanks Dean. It's nice to read that you and Amanda are having such a great experience in Korea. Who would have thought one of your crazy plans would pan out so well! :)
