i think america needs a famine.

The American people have gotten too comfortable, they dont think anything changes and if it does change, that it does not effect them. So basically, most Americans just don't give a shit about anything.

Have you had a chance to read Marjane Satrapi's Persepolis? It's a quick read and shouldnt be too hard to find.

Yes, I actually had to read that for a World Literature course I took last summer.

It's very good. I'd like to read the sequal to it.

I'm going to see her give a 50 minute talk and then Q+A then a book signing on wednesday, I'm so excited!
