Hm. I'm going to use deviant_duality's idea of "Men In Makeup" for my documentary, I think. However I'm going to take a specific angle on it, and at the moment, I think that's going to be Tranvestites, the world's reaction to them, and the real statistics over how many of them are "pansy ass homo's" ;) So in light of that

You may be interested in some research that was completed fairly recently which I saw in a documentary.

It basically linked transvestitism proper (i.e. people who 'become' women rather than just drag queens) to the amount of testosterone received by the foetus in the womb. It ites in with the hermaphrodite phenomenon and is linked to a part of the brain found to be uniformly smaller than normal in people with extreme gender confusion and has been backed up by tests on rats involving testosterone/oestrogen injections to foetus's.

I can't remember too much about it but it quashed one scientist's view that gender was unequivocally related to upbringing and nothing more.

I can't remember names or anything but try looking it up.
