I like the ones on top. Although there is much to be said for the leopard print, the upper ones in black will be much easier to accessorise with outfits and the laces are much sexsi.

i like the lacing on the top ones...but other than that they really don't stand out as anything great to me. the foot and heel part are completely unexciting. so i say bottom.

Buy the top ones, unless you have a specific outfit the second ones would go with. The top ones would be more versatile, and they look nicer to me.
