I don't know why, but I didn't get my notification in the mail for renewal of my driver's license. So I spent most of the morning in the DMV office getting that dealt with. Friday was one of the better results I've had from the many resumes I've sent out. I had an actual interview, face-to-face. The end result was an hour in conversation with the hiring manager, a "cook's tour" of the facility, and an overview of the job duties, including a brief demonstration of the equipment.
