Homelessness

Homelessness. It is increasing. Rents are skyrocketing. People are jobless and homeless. I know one person sleeping in his car on the streets of Elsinore. I frequent a Del Taco near Pechanga Parkway in Temecula. Many homeless live in the creekbed near there. Most ended up on the streets because they lost a job, got evicted, and lost everything.
