Well, My laptop broke. Somehow. It won't boot up, and whenever I plug it in, it makes this really freaky whining noise and the light flashes 3 times. Then it'll turn off after about 20 seconds. I have no clue what that means, but I'm sure it's expensive to fix

That's a bios beep code. It's probably not that hard to fix at all. What make is your computer?
