yes, new hair, and i still don't know if i just dont like it or if it will just take time to get used to. hmmmm. you see, i've had highlights for about 4 years. and now, i don't. because i colored over them and dyed my hair back to its "natural" color. [as close to my natural color as possible..so i can "grow into it"]
