It's the same for me. I have not celebrated a birthday since my Grandmother passed away the day before five years ago. Hopefully someday I will fill like it. Likely not at home though like I did my whole life before.

I'm so sorry for your loss. We will be having a somber holiday season here as well, with my grandfather dying of leukemia. I hope that time will help heal your wounds.
