LJ Idol Exhibit A - Week 0 - Introduction.

It's regalia.

It's outerwear.

It's mufti.

It's worn in addition to my regular apparel, but it's not everyday clothing, not by a long shot. It can be festive, or solemn, as the season dictates.

I refer, of course, to the construct known as n-maranda-coy that I don when taking on the periodic challenge known as therealljidol. It's a sidestep from my workaday

Thank you! I'd started this blog after a bit of a kerfuffle at therealljidol about the voting power of one's friendslist, and because I didn't want to have a perceived conflict of interest about selling the IDOL MUSINGS and IDOL MEANDERINGS books at my bookstore.

This ID has developed a following of its own, and I intend to use it for fiction this season. Thus "addition" and not "substitute".
