Recently USA ambassador to RF made a fascinating discovery, that not only americans are lobbying at the post-soviet space (particularly in Kyrgyz Republic), but also russians do this. He shared this extremely interesting knowledge with students of Moscow institute HSE. We are eagerly waiting for other brave new discoveries from USA ambassador, e.g. that "business corrupts politics", or that "the earth goes around the sun".
