Hello, I was doing a random search on LJ and found your LJ. I am interested in reading more about you. You have been added to my friends list and since my LJ is also "friends only" this will allow you to read about me if you are interested in knowing who I am.
Good to meet you, and yes, I'll add you back. I was actually a bit hesitant to do so just because I worried about giving a bad impression of St. Mark's. I love that church and the people there more than anything else (and post about it pretty often), but the last few months there before I left in June, I was so miserable about having to leave that I kept finding fault with things in order to try to make it easier on myself. Not-so-terribly-mature. So take any negativity in past entries with several grains of salt, if you happen to look back at them. I'm completely in love with the place...and I'm not the kind of person who thought that I could ever love a church! This summer I'm at an Episcopal convent, and I'll be heading off to Ireland for grad school soon, but I'll be at St. Mark's both this weekend and the next (as well as daily mass, for that matter), so if you show up we can meet. -Liza
I'll be studying for a degree in ecumenical relations at Trinity College Dublin, which is a one year masters. I got an awesome scholarship that covers all of the costs plus a stipend, so that part is really awesome. I have plenty of time later to be a starving grad student whenever/wherever I get a PhD! (which I would like to do sometime down the road)
