Did you like living in a small town? I'm not sure if i would. Of course, I am young now so I want to be in the city. Maybe when I'm older, I'd like living in a small town, but it's hard to get work visas, right?

It was alright, but there were many times I went a little stir-crazy. I'm not entirely sure if it was due to the culture shock, or due to the fact that there was literally nothing for me to do. I think not being able to read or communicate with anyone made a big difference, and was one of the reasons why I was too scared to ever leave the apartment. Despite all that, it was nice and quiet. I don't think I could really go back to living in such a setting (at least until I get MUCH older), but it wouldn't be bad for a visit.

Regarding work visas, it really isn't that difficult. All you need is a college degree and a good interview. Outside of that, you mostly have to do some annoying work here and there to get your background checks and whatnot, but it really isn't as difficult as let's say, border hopping every few months (which is what I did).
