This is beautiful Ren! I loved the whole idea of Luhan the aging and not quite apologetic tvxq fanboy - he's perfect in his undying enthusiasm ♡.

I love this line: The question comes out with a stutter, syllables bit awkward on Lu Han's tongue because his brain has been echoing with nothing but Korean lyrics for days now and his emotional center of gravity keeps shifting in the wake of this man's field force.

Also my heart ached more than a little at zishan's story and Yixing's devotion to her ;;; but the glimmer of hope as you get the feeling he'll be okay bc Luhan will be his friend and he'll make a fanboy out of him yet. And at the same time, Luhan will finally have a fellow fanboy to hang with at concerts awwww

This was beyond precious - well done, Ren!

ahhhhhhhhhhhh ren ;~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~; this was so so beautiful. i've never been to a concert, just seen fancams, but the way you described it, it just-- it's kind of how i dream them to be, once i tune out the claustrophobia part. and i just!!!!! ;;_________;; this was so surprising, from luhan being fifty (a good surprise!!! i have always thought and will always uphold that there isn't enough middle-aged au fic for fandoms where the main people are, like... not middle-aged... [trails off lamely]), to yixing also therefore being around that age, and then them being able to strike up something resembling a conversation!!!! even in all that noise!!! and being able to spark off comfort (yixing's arm over luhan) right away and then ;________; zishan. it must be mindblowing and earth shattering for someone to finally experience this on behalf of someone so important who's gone. yixing ;__________________________; i'm so glad they're friends at the end, I REALLY L0VE THIS FIC, RENREN. :(

ahhh, I've never been to one either so this depiction is entirely based on fancams hahaha >.< but I'd love to have an experience like this, minus the noise and the claustrophobia. I guess it's because most writers are younger, but definitely not all of them are ofc. (( have you read shinealightrose's xiuhan fic where they're grandpas btw?? I highly recommend! ))

sorry, it wasn't meant to be overwhelmingly sad but yeah TuT Luhan will always be cute to me, I think, even when he's old and despite the fact he's older than me, hehe. thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts!
