"Earlier this morn, I was lying in bed after awakening and decided to turn on the television. It was on MTV, and was basically just showing a slew of videos characteristic of MTV's present laziness. Boredom and snarky cynicism rising, I half-watched for awhile until a Good Charlotte video came on.

you gotta realise these bands dont care, and even if they once did care, they dont care anymore, but they convey the message because it gets people to listen to thier stuff. they sing about very general problems in order to appeal to the most people possible, its all about marketing, not about the music at all
