I used to want love, but now I think I'd be content living that part of my life vicariously through my characters and muses. That can't be right, but the alternative is just too freaken scary right now.

I wish I could fool around and be more affectionate with my friend without awkwardness or having to have some sort of "beyond-friendship" relationship declared because neither of us are ready for that. I also shouldn't be think about my friend like this.
