I once took a shit and weighed ten pounds less afterwords. The porcelain cracked right in half and they had to close the bathroom for a month to repair the damage. I actually launched myself through the ceiling.

Anyway, moral of the story is this. If you keep to your diet and exercise (and really the majority of your weight loss is because of your reduced intake and increased activity) you will continue to lose weight. Keep it up for two months, and I predict you'll drop down to nearly 200lbs.

Then you gotta post before and after pictures for all the sexy ladies to drool over.

Good lord boy, be careful! The most you're supposed to lose is about 2lbs per WEEK. Any more than that, and it's muscle mass you're losing, not fat, which will only fuck you over. Be caaareful. Also, make sure you're getting a ton of fiber, and a lot of water.

You're supposed to drink 2/3 your weight in pounds in ounces of water if you're losing weight. 1/2 if you're not. If you don't, the fat that's being used has no way to be flushed out of the body, and you'll get gallstones. you also need the fiber to help you get rid of the nasty fats.

Actually people at larger weights can lose more weight per week without serious consequences. He's not morbidly obese but 5 pounds isn't out of whack. Also, it's easier to shed the pounds at first but after a while, he'll probably drop to 1-2 lbs a week if he's diligent about keeping up with the exercise/diet.

Also, we can't discount the fact that some of those pounds may have been water weight that was let go when he stopped eating all that fast food which is filled with salt.

You know that Burkemuesli reminds me of the granola, fruit, and yogurt I sometimes have for breakfast. I like it with grapes. Oatmeal doesn't taste all that great raw to me. Maybe if it was toasted it might have tasted better?

I personally think it's awesome if you can keep this up. I was skeptical but now I believe.

i can't believe you've actually lost weight already. seems from your menu that you're not starving yourself so I'm not terribly worried. Anyhow most of

I always dreaded going to eat with you guys because I knew that if Asian Jesus and jdevil were in the group...Dennys is where we'd end up. I didn't know about the omelette but since I hate eggs it's just as well. I just stuck to oatmeal or pancakes which were...okay.

the bagel and cottage cheese is interesting. i am intrigued. it's gotta be better than the soy cream cheese though. I tried that once after someone enthusiastically recommended it at the store. Oh hell no! that was so gross I was traumatized for a while.

That you have so willingly gone from a craptastic junk food life to a week of surprisingly healthy eating and exercise really impresses me. Only one more day until you can eat double decker tacos with a 32 ouncer soda again.

Wow... Good luck. You should drop JC a line. She was a pro at being a vegan for a long time.

I'll share my favorite proteiny veggie goodness: hummus. Mmm. Bean paste.
