Pimping some good fic (Read them, they're quick!)

I found myself rereading two lj friends' fics and they were so good I realised I needed to pimp them to you and pimp them good. :D

If you're keen for a bit of off the wall reading, I strongly recommend you give two of cikka's fics a read. They're quick but packed with the most fascinating of characters!

I'll be honest here, and tell you that I secretly printed off pearls_and_blow's In Blue Ink a couple of weeks ago. When I found out I was writing with her for letterstories, I wanted to read a bit of her fiction, and when I found In Blue Ink, I fell in love with it. So I printed it off just so I could read it again from time to time. It has some physics calculations on the back, though. I hope she doesn't mind that.

Hah, the wonders of Wii. I've never played. But then again, my family is full of women and none of us are that keen on video games. (Save guitar hero. My cousins and sister are downright addicted to that game.) I'm going to have to try this Wii out and see if it won't get my butt into gear!

They're great little stories! I'll be sure to spread the word about more of my friends fics over time (I've got one of yours in mind!). For these two, it was the case of me just happening to read them and then having this "Oh-wow-spread-the-word, spread... the WORD!" moment after each. :D
