Doumoto Tsuyoshi no Shoujiki Shindoi #306 040309 - Becky
I've finally finished typesetting and QCing for this episode. It's really harder than I thought! Doing a full typesetting isn't easy, and what with the terrible Kanji knowledge of mine, one can only expect a very slow release. And woot, my final exams are next week! FINALS! Nafiza-san, please don't take them lightly....study more!
But..but..
Yes, this will be the last release before my exams.
I'm still excited though, since this is the first Shindoi that I've helped in. Thank you very much to hikko_hikko and sangatsu7, especially sangatsu-san because Hikko and I overlapped with him in this and he has kindly agreed to collaborate. Yasashii sugiru! :D
This is another random project actually, my plan was to sub Nagase's as my first Shindoi...but as circumstances happen..
Note that I'm only going to do the review, the hardsub will be released by hikko_hikko.
Tsuyoshi was really adorable in that cloth, will anyone not agree with me? Was he trying to surpress his laugh there?
Becky was so energetic, Tsuyoshi can't help feeling amused. I like his expression here.
I..totally fell in love with this song after Tsuyoshi sang it. I immediately looked it up and of course, it's a big hit song in the 1990s. Mr. Children has wonderful songs. And Tsuyoshi sang it with such great indulgence too, I don't think he's happy with Becky's backup singing. LOL, look at his glare. Tsuyoshi is always serious when it comes to songs that he likes.
Becky wass really cute in school uniform!! She doesn't look 24 at all! Actually, I'm beginning to like her more starting from this episode - she's so patient with the low tension Tsuyoshi. Like what shoumonai said, Tsuyoshi looked mellower than he usually is. Maybe he did it on purpose. Maybe not.
Even while wearing a rabbit headgear, and with DragonBall's song, he sang it so seriously! And what's with the afro? LOL!
Probably the biggest highlight of this episode. I really really like this part of the episode - Becky was really creative with his Chinese impersonation, I never thought that Tsuyoshi could lose to her. Thumbs up to the hairy legs. At this point of time, Tsuyoshi's tension is beginning to rise.

Their trip to the Pet Saloon was interesting, and I really want this CAT!!! And its room too. ^_^. I think it's even prettier than mine.
It surprised me to see that Tsuyoshi wasn't into the dogs that much - instead he was busy with playing the Abbysinian cat. Maybe he misses Kou-chan. Haha.

Summary of this episode:
- Becky was cute and energetic. I don't think she was annoying at all. ^^ Seeing her now makes me feel that it isn't wrong at all for her to be with Tegoshi..haha.
- Tsuyoshi's tension was a bit low. I still can't figure out whether he did it on purpose or not. A bit scary to think that he's reverting to his mood swing mode again. >_< Nevertheless he's too adorable with the sweater and the parka.
- Extreme promotion for their photobook.
- The Chinese song impersonation was THE SHOW. As well as the Karaoke session as a whole. Becky sang nicely! Especially the Sobakasu song (which was sung by Judy and Mary - even the name is similar to Becky)
- The Shindoi staffs think Becky is cute. I agree with them. Tsuyoshi acted like a protective onii-san.
- Ummm, judging from this episode, as much as I kinda like Becky, I don't think she is Tsuyoshi's type. Even though it'd be a good contrast....^^..well, she's much better with Tsuyoshi than Bonnie Pink anyway. :p Sorry yinghung :p
- Last but not least, Mr. Children no Tomorrow Never Knows wo chekku shite kudasai!
