Congratulations! Every little bit helps. You're making progress, and that's what counts!

I've been walking every day for over a month now, and I honestly didn't think it would affect my weight. It's just walking, which is nothing special - right? Well, it's been slow, but I've noticed my clothing is definitely getting looser. Even better, the reason I started walking in the first place was to try and get my blood pressure down a bit. It's now 130 over 80 - woot!

That is so cool! I am happy to hear you are getting healthier as well.

I know I am wanting to be a size 14 again and look like a cutie for the hubby once again! :)
